Subscription FAQ

Our refurbished collection of office chairs are all available to rent from us on a monthly basis. The longer your subscription term the lower your monthly cost will be. Simply choose the chair you would like to rent from our refurbished range, select your preferred subscription period and hit subscribe now to add the chair subscription to your basket. What is the minimum/maximum time I can rent for?

Our subscriptions run from a minimum of one month. There is no limit to how long you can rent for.

How much does it cost to rent our products, and what's included in the rental fee?

Our rental rates vary depending on the type of chair you choose and the rental duration. Please see individual chairs for live prices. Each subscription includes free delivery and collection.


How does delivery and collection work?

Delivery is free. Once you have selected your chosen delivery date we will get in touch by email to provide you with a delivery slot. When you no longer require your office furniture email us at We will then email you with a collection date and pick-up slot. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us in writing when hire goods are ready for collection. The hire period will not end until such collection is effected.


Should I keep my box?

Yes please. Our delivery partners can only collect your chair if it is securely boxed. If you have already disposed of your box we can arrange for a replacement box to be delivered to you at cost.


Who will assemble my office chair?

Your chair will arrive fully assembled.


What if my office chair is damaged/stolen during my subscription period?

Any damage caused to hired goods, beyond reasonable wear and tear, will be the responsibility of the customer. Any repair work necessary as a result will be chargeable. In the event of the total loss, or irreparable damage, of any hire goods for any reason whatsoever, the customer shall be responsible to the company for the full value of such goods plus the hire charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure against such risk.


Do I own the products at the end of my rental/subscription period?

Subscription covers rental only. If you would like to keep your chair get in touch with us at quoting your subscription reference number.


What are the payment terms?

All hire charges quoted are per month and no reductions or refunds will be made after the commencement of the chargeable period.


What if I think I'll miss a payment?

If you think you will miss a payment please let us know as soon as possible. Failure to pay on more than once consecutive month without corresponding with will result in immediate recovery of hire item(s).


What happens if my delivery/pick-up is late?

The company will make every endeavour to effect deliveries and collection of hired goods at the times requested by the customer but will not under any circumstances accept liability for any delay or failure to deliver or collect, nor for any expense caused to the customer by such delay.


What if my furniture doesn’t fit?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that adequate access is provided to the company both upon delivery and upon collection of hired goods, and to ensure that such goods are available for collection at the appointed time. Any delays caused to the company upon delivery and/or collection and any additional journeys that may result will be subject to additional charges.
